We operate journeys for parents aged 60 to 78, with an Arabic-speaking host, a state-registered nurse, a doctor on call and a health screening behind every departure. There are three ways to work with us. None of them has a price on this page — they are all quoted.

We operate, you sell
Net rates to licensed agencies in the Gulf, on fixed 2027 dates, with a soft allotment released 45 days before departure. You hold the customer relationship and sell under your own licence. We run the ground, the host, the nurse and the screening.

A whole departure, chartered
An association, a retirees’ club, a bank’s alumni body or a company takes an entire departure for its own members, on its own dates. Up to 16 travellers, one group, no strangers. Deposit terms are different for institutional bookings and are set out in the quote.

Our care layer, on your group
You already run the trip. We supply the part that is hard to staff: the Arabic-speaking host with a nursing background, a locally registered nurse, the pre-trip health screening, the bilingual health passport and the doctor line. Priced per day, per group.
What you should know before you write to us
- Our first departure is September 2027 and we have not run one yet.
- Georgia is the journey we operate ourselves. The other twelve are designed and are contracted with ground operators as they are sold.
- We do not hold a Saudi tourism licence. Anything sold to residents of Saudi Arabia runs under a licensed partner’s licence, and we will not advertise to Saudi residents outside one.
- We do not promise insurance cover for conditions a traveller already has, and we would be wary of anyone in this sector who does.
